Low Prices on Quality Shrubs

With all the worry about hard economic times, many business experts are emphasizing that a recession can be a time of great opportunity for savvy business people. They advise us to take advantage of hard times by hiring good people who may have been laid off by other firms; to pick up customers from others who have gone out of business; and to purchase distressed inventories for bargain prices.

That is exactly what we’ve done here at Smith’s! A couple of weeks ago, some growers in Louisiana and Mississippi let us know that they had to raise money by selling some shrubs at tremendous losses. So we jumped on the opportunity and brought in hundreds of quality shrubs.

We got particularly good buys on dwarf yaupon holly and Japanese boxwood – two of our most popular shrubs. This week we’re offering these two plants in one-gallon container size for only $2.99 each.

You haven’t seen prices this low on good quality shrubs for 30 years!

We also have great buys on some larger shrubs. Hurry in to take advantage of these bargains and this great planting weather!
